What is Noojee Fax (a.k.a AsterFax)?

The Only Open Source Email to Fax Gateway for Asterisk.

AsterFax Version 2.0 is coming and with it a new name. From the 21st of May 2008 AsterFax will be known as 'Noojee Fax'.

The name change is timed to conicide with a change of company name. From the 21st of May 2008 Asterisk IT will be know as 'Noojee Telephony Solutions'.

After a long hiatus Noojee Fax 2.0 is finally coming. Largely due to the disappointing results obtained when using SpanDSP, Asterisk IT had put Noojee Fax on the back burner. Now with the release of a reliable commercial fax driver, which works with all Digium hardware, Asterisk IT is about to release Noojee Fax version 2.0.

Due to the commercial nature of the fax driver, it will only be available with the Commercial version of Noojee Fax. The Open Source version will still be available with SpanDSP and compatible DSP hardware.

Noojee Fax 2.0 will be release to correspond with CeBit Australia on May 21st 2008.
